- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Raisins
Инструкции
- Mix shortening, molasses, brown sugar and egg till creamy. Add in cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, flour and baking soda. Then add in the raisins. Grease and flour a 13x9 pan. Flour gingers and pat mix out in the pan. Brush top with water and sprinkle sugar on the top. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min.
