Ингредиенты

1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Corn meal
1 c. Lowfat milk
1 tsp Salt
1 x Egg
3 tsp Baking pwdr
3 Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. Veg. oil

Инструкции

Sift together flour, corn meal, baking pwdr and salt. Beat egg, add in sugar. Heat lowfat milk to lukewarm and add in honey to lowfat milk. Add in the beaten egg and oil, add in dry ingredients, mix till smooth. Bake 400 degrees, 20 min or possibly a little longer. Pour into greased muffin pan (12 medium sized) or possibly bake in 9"x9" pan.
