- PREPARATION:I. Wash E and soak in hot water for 15 min; shred very fine.
- II. Throw away tips of F, shred.
- III. Mix G,H.
- COOKING:1. Heat A, add in B,C, stir-fry till crispy (about 4 min).
- 2. Add in D,E,F, stir-fry for 2 min.
- 3. Add in G,H, mix well.
- 4. Add in I and serve.
