- 1 pkg. yellow basic bundt cake mix (Pillsbury)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. soft butter/oil
- 2 1/8 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan. In large bowl, blend packet of cake mix, 2 tsp instant coffee and remaining ingredients till moistened. Beat 2 min on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min or possibly till top springs back when lightly touched. Cool upright in pan on cooling rack 20 to 30 min. Invert onto serving plate. Blend 1/8 tsp instant coffee, packet 2 (glaze mix) and 1 1/2 tbsp warm water till smooth. Spoon over cooled cake. Store loosely covered.
