- 4 ounce thinly-sliced boneless pork
- 2 sm thinly-sliced leeks
- 3 Tbsp. red miso
- Â Â Shiso leaves for garnish

- Bring the dashi to a boil. Add in pork and leeks. Simmer three min. Add in miso. Heat till nearly boiling.
- Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
