- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Chicken wings or possibly sm. drumsticks

- Marinate chicken wings in this overnight. Brown chicken in skillet with butter. Pour marinate sauce over chicken and simmer 1 hour. (Marinate can be used for other chicken parts as a "Teriyaki" flavoring before cooking - marinate overnight.)
