- 8 ounce. or possibly 1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. sweet condensed lowfat milk (or possibly 1/2 of 7 ounce. can)
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. minced nuts

- Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Line with wax paper and lightly grease it. Put 1 1/3 c. (8 ounces) chips in microwave measure and microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1-1 1/2 min, stirring once till melted. Stir in 2/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk and butter. Microwave on HIGh 45-60 seconds, stirring once till butter melts. Stir in vanilla, marshmallows and nuts. Spread proportionately in prepared pan and refrigerateabout 4 hrs till set. Makes 45 (1 inch) square pcs.
