• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, defrosted, well liquid removed
• 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
• 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano or possibly marjoram or possibly rosemary leaves
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• Minced parsley
