Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour; 3/4 c. corn meal; 1/4 c. sugar; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 c. lowfat milk; 1/4 c. vegetable oil; 1 x egg, beaten

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 x egg, beaten

Инструкции

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in lowfat milk, oil and egg and mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into ungreased 9 inch pie plate or possibly round microwaveable cake pan. Microwave at HIGH 5-6 min, or possibly till surface appears dry, rotating pan after 2-3 min. Let stand 5 min before serving.
