- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1 healthy pinch cumin
- 1 healthy pinch oregano
- 1 dash garlic pwdr

- 1 can tomato sauce
- Water to dilute
- Use lg. skillet

- Cube steak, brown steak. Add in spices, cook meat till done, add in remaining ingredients and cook till water evaporates. For Chili Verde use pork. For Chili Pollos use chicken.
