Ingredients: I'm not sure what the connection to Yom Tov is except which this is a delicious dessert with an interesting twist.; 1/2 c. margarine; 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr; 1 c. water; 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. non-dairy creamer combined with 1 tsp. white vinegar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp instant coffee

I'm not sure what the connection to Yom Tov is except which this is a delicious dessert with an interesting twist.
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. cocoa pwdr
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. non-dairy creamer combined with 1 tsp. white vinegar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp instant coffee

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine margarine, cocoa and 1 c. water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine flour and sugar and then stir in cocoa mix. Add in rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 - inch pan and bake for 20 min.
Icing:1 16 oz box confectioner's sugar1/2 c. melted margarine1/4 c. cocoa powder1/4 c. non-dairy creamer1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. coffee1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Ice while cake is still slightly hot.
