- 10 med. potatoes
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. butter
Инструкции
- Bake potatoes in microwave 20-25 min. Cut lengthwise in fourths. Place potato wedges in 9x13 inch casserole in single layer. Dot with butter. Bake in regular oven 25 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.
- Spread grated cheese, lowfat sour cream, salsa and green onion. Add in more or possibly less toppings to taste. Serve hot. Fast and easy.
