- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 (16 ounce) jars picante sauce, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. black olives, minced
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 6 to 8 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded

- Spread avocado mix in the bottom of 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole. Top with lowfat sour cream. Top with liquid removed picante sauce. Alternate olives, tomatoes and cheese using each ingredient twice to create layers 4 and 5. Serve with tortilla chips.
