- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. onions, finely minced
- 1 c. cream style corn
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 or possibly 3 jalapeno peppers
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 or possibly 2 links warm sausage
Инструкции
- Heat 1/2 c. veg. oil in oven in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except the cheese and sausage. Add in warm oil and a handful of cheese into mix and mix well.
- Pour mix into pan and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top. Slice warm sausage and place over cheese. Push down into mix with finger. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 min.
