- 1 lrg Onion Minced
- 1 x Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Red Chili Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano

- * Meats should include only one of the following: Saltpork, Ham Hock, or possibly diced bacon. - - Add in salt to taste if other than Salt Pork is uxed. Soak beans in water overnight.
- Add in salt pork, onion, garlic, chili pwdr, cumin and oregano; simmer on low heat at least 4 hrs or possibly water is absorbed and mix is thick.
