Ingredients: 1 lb grnd pork; 2 clv garlic, chopped; 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced; 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese; 1 x egg Salt and pepper to taste; 1/3 c. ketchup; 1/4 c. vinegar; 1/4 c. brown sugar; 2 clv garlic, chopped; 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or possibly Teriyaki sauce; 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil; 1 Tbsp. honey

Ингредиенты

1 lb grnd pork
2 clv garlic, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 x egg Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 clv garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or possibly Teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape mix into 1-inch meatballs. Heat 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs till cooked through usually about 5 - 8 min. Drain on paper towels before serving (see* for less fat). You may use prepared sweet and sour sauce or possibly the recipe to follow.
Sweet & Sour Sauce:Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Hot in small saucepan before serving.
