Name: Meatballs In Chili Sauce
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb grnd beef; 1 c. minced onion; 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs; 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten; 3 tsp minced fresh parsley; 1 tsp Thick and Chunky Salsa; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 x 24 ounce. jar Thick and Chunky Salsa either mild, medium or possibly spicy - I use mild; 1 c. water; 1 x 6 ounce. can tomato paste; 2 clv garlic, finely minced; 1 x canned chipotle chili in Adobo sauce, finely minced

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lb grnd beef
1 c. minced onion
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tsp minced fresh parsley
1 tsp Thick and Chunky Salsa
1/2 tsp salt
1 x 24 ounce. jar Thick and Chunky Salsa either mild, medium or possibly spicy - I use mild
1 c. water
1 x 6 ounce. can tomato paste
2 clv garlic, finely minced
1 x canned chipotle chili in Adobo sauce, finely minced

Инструкции

Meatballs:Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Form mix into 18 meatballs and place in greased 9x13 inch pan.
Sauce:Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour till meatballs are done.
This can be frzn before baking. If doing which, thaw first and bake 90 min to ensure doneness.
