- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Cucumber, diced
- 1 x Bell pepper, minced
- 2 whl tomatoes, diced
- 18 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 8 ounce Italian dressing

- Boil pasta for 8 min, then drain and add in extra virgin olive oil. Chill till cold. Add in rest of ingredients. Add in onion and red wine vinegar to taste.
