- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 c. corn syrup (white or possibly light)
- 1 teaspoon plain unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Boil the syrup (or possibly the sugar and warm water) to soft ball stage (236 degrees F. on candy thermometer). Pour slowly over the beaten egg whites. Dissolve gelatin in the cool water. Add in the syrup mix. Add in vanilla and beat till very light and creamy. Very good on ice cream, cakes, or possibly puddings.
