- 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon dry whole oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 6 (4-6 ounce.) beef tenderloin steaks

- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow container; add in steaks. Cover and marinate 3 hrs in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill over warm coals 5-7 min on each side or possibly till desired doneness.
