- 1 x Cabbage
- 20 ounce Pineapple, canned, crushed
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 sm Onion, or possibly 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon pepper

- Shred cabbage and place in large bowl. Add in raisins. Pour pineapple juice into blender jar. Spoon crushed pineapple into jar till it measures 2 c.. (Add in any remaining pineapple to cabbage and raisins) Add in remaining ingredients to blender jar. (If using whole onion, cut into 1/8's) Blend till smooth. Pour over cabbage, raisins, and pineapple. Toss till dressing and slaw are mixed well. Chill at least one hour before serving. Toss again before serving.
