- 2 Packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (1 - 8 ounce. + 1 - 3 ounce. pkg.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 (20 ounce.) can Dole crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 Keebler 9" graham cracker crust
Инструкции
- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2. In mixing bow., using electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese till fluffy.
- 3. Add in Large eggs and sugar; beat mix till smooth. Add in vanilla and lemon extracts; mix well.
- 5. Pour mix into graham cracker crust.
- 6. Add in well liquid removed crushed pineapple on top.
- 7. Bake till set, 30 to 45 min.
- 8. Remove from oven and cold.
- 9. Refrigeratein refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- 10. Eat and enjoy.
