Ингредиенты
- 1 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. lard
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. flour, heaping
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr, rounded
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Инструкции
- Mix syrup, lard, Large eggs, and salt. Sift dry ingredients and add in. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. on to greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a moderate oven till they spring back when lightly touched. Bake at 350-375 degrees.
