Ингредиенты

1 c. shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp maple flavoring
2 c. brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 c. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

Cream together the shortening, vanilla, maple flavoring, brown sugar and Large eggs. In a separate bowl, stir flour and soda together; add in to creamed mix, alternately with lowfat sour cream. Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350* till brown; don't underbake.
Icing:6 Tbsp. butter1 teaspoon maple flavoring1/2 c. evaporated milkConfectioners' sugar
Heat butter and cold to room temperature; stir in maple flavoring and lowfat milk. Stir in confectioners' till icing is thick sufficient. Frost cooled cookies with a thick layer of icing.
