  1. In a 13x9x2 baking pan, spread a layer of spaghetti sauce. Then press 1/3 of the lasagna noodles (usually about 3) into the sauce. Spread some cottage cheese on top; then Mozzarella cheese; then Parmesan. Cover with more of the sauce. Repeat process till all ingredients are gone, saving sauce to pour over top and some Mozzarella and Parmesan for last.
