- 8 oz. Elbow Macaroni
- 2 tablespooons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese

- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare macaroni by directions on package.
- In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stire to remove lumps. Pour in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni and stir. Pour mixture into 2 qt. casseroledisj. Bake for 20 minutes
