- Mix yellow cake mix, 1 egg and stick of butter with spoon.
- Pat mix in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Mix sugar, cream cheese and 2 Large eggs thoroughly with electric mixer.
- Pour over first cake mix and bake at 350 degrees till golden.
