- 1/2 can (7-1/2 ounce) tomatoes
- 3/4 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Dry red wine
- 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano -- crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt ds Pepper
- 2 med Whole chicken breasts Skinned -- boned & split Paprika
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
- 4 ounce Spaghetti -- cooked

- In a medium skillet cut up the undrained tomatoes. Add in mushrooms, onions, green pepper, wine, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper. Place chicken pcs on the tomato mix in skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 min. Keep hot. Combine cornstarch & cool water; stir into a skillet mix. Cook and stir till mix is thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 min more. Arrange chicken and spaghetti on platter; spoon sauce over chicken.
