Ингредиенты
- 4 slc Bacon
- 1 c. Finely shredded onions
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 x To 2 heads Chinese cabbage, shredded (about 8 c.)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Freshly grnd white pepper
- 1 sm Red bell pepper, seeded and cut in Thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
Инструкции
- 1. Cut bacon slices crosswise into thin strips; in a large saute/fry pan, brown the strips over medium heat.
- 2. Add in onions and garlic; saute/fry for 2 min, or possibly till onion is transparent.
- 3. Add in cabbage, salt, pepper, and red pepper strips. Saute/fry, stirring with a spatula, till steaming warm but still crisp, about 5 min. Stir in soy sauce.
- 4. Transfer to a deep serving platter, sprinkle with chives, and serve at once, with steamed rice and broiled chicken or possibly fish for a low-fat, low-calorie meal.
