- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

- Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add in egg and flavoring. Add in sifted flour and other dry ingredients. Roll dough thin. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 min.
