- 2 c. toasted croutons
- 1 lb bulk sausage, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 x 4 oz can minced green chilies
- 8 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Combine the first six ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients mixing well. Pour over sausage mix in casserole dish. Cover and chill at least 12 hrs.
- Uncover and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 min till warm.
- Makes 10 servings.
