- 2 large eggs separated
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. cake flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. Wesson Oil
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- Heat oven to 350. Oil and flour 2 round layer pans. Beat egg whites till frothy. Gradually beat in 1/2 c. of the sugar. Beat till glossy and stiff. Flour, salt and baking pwdr. Add in Wesson Oil, vanilla and half of lowfat milk. Beat for a minute, add in remaining lowfat milk and egg yolks. Beat 1 more minute. Mix in meringue. Pour in pans. Bake 30-35 min, cool and frost.
