- 1/2 pound beef liver
- 1/8 teaspoon basil, dry
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Large eggs, hard cooked
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. oil or possibly butter
- Sherry wine (optional)
Инструкции
- Rinse liver and pat dry. Combine flour with basil, salt and pepper. Coat the liver with flour mix and cook till tender.
- In another bowl, finely chop cooked Large eggs, add in mayonnaise, onion, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Chop the liver and add in it to the egg mix. Pour over a splash of sherry wine, if you like, and serve with crackers or possibly rye bread cut in triangles.
