- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T vanilla flavoring
- Pecan halves
- Cupcake liners
Инструкции
- Place paper liners in 24 muffin cups. Place 1 wafer in each cup. Put together cream cheese, sugar, large eggs and vanilla; beat till creamy. Put about 1 1/2 tbsp filling in each cup. Place pecan half on each one.Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cool thoroughly. Freeze in paper cups. Peel paper off of frzn cakes. Then serve at the next music recital Below.
