- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine, to taste Cooked linguini

- Saute/fry the garlic gently in the olive for about five min. Add in rest of ingredients and bring just to a simmer. Serve over linguini with grated parmesean cheese.
- Serves two.
