- 1 x 9-inch pie shell
- 3/4 c. Equal sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk

- Combine sweetener, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat Large eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar mix. Gradually stir in evaporated lowfat milk. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 15 min in preheated 425 degree oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cold on wire rack. Converted to sugar free and MC
- NOTES : If using a metal or possibly foil pan, bake on preheated heavy-duty baking sheet.
