Name: Lemon Raspberry Squares
Ingredients: 1 c. Flour; 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar; 1/2 c. Melted butter; 1 c. Sugar; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 2 x Slightly beaten Large eggs; 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 2 tsp Grated lemon peel; 1/2 c. Flaked coconut; 1/2 c. Raspberry preserves or possibly jam

Ингредиенты

1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. Melted butter
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
2 x Slightly beaten Large eggs
4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp Grated lemon peel
1/2 c. Flaked coconut
1/2 c. Raspberry preserves or possibly jam

Инструкции

Combine flour, sugar add in butter, press into 8x8 greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile combine rest of ingredients except preserves.
When shell is done, spread jelly or possibly preserves, then pur rest of ingredients over the top. bake 25 minutes. Chill. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
