2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. Lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
2 tsp Grated lemon peel
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
2 x Large eggs
1 c. Honey
1/2 x Lemon, thinly sliced

Beat all ingredients just until blended. Heat griddle and grease if necessary Make pancakes, keeping hot in low oven until finished. Honey
Syrup: Heat honey and lemon slices in a 1 qt saucepan until warm. Remove lemon and drizzle over buttered pancakes.
