- 6 x Boneless skinless chicken Breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley minced
- 5 tsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3 tsp Pesto, heaping
- 1 x Clove garlic chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT chicken. Pour over chicken and marinate for 4-6 hrs.
- Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 min, or possibly till done.
