Ingredients: 1 c. Shortening; 2 c. Sugar; 1/4 c. Lemon juice; 1/2 c. Water; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Cream of tartar; 3 c. Flour

Ингредиенты

1 c. Shortening
2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Lemon juice
1/2 c. Water
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cream of tartar
3 c. Flour

Инструкции

Beat shortening for 30 seconds. Add in sugar & continue to beat until light & fluffy. Combine lemon juice & water. Combine the dry ingredients.
Alternately mix the dry & wet ingredients with the beaten mix. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 min at 450F.
Makes about 60 to 70.
