- 1 can Evaporated Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Pineapple Juice
- 1 pkt Lemon Gelatin Pwdr
- 3/4 c. Orange Juice
- 1 x Lemon, juiced
- 1 c. Sugar
- 20 x Graham Crackers, crushed

- Boil can of lowfat milk 10 min in can. Refrigeratein refrigerator overnight.
- Heat pineapple juice and pour over Jello, add in orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Cold in refrigerator, then whip. Whip the canned lowfat milk in a large bowl and combine with the whipped Jello. Line a pan with most of the crumbs. Pour in the Jello mix, sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Refrigeratefor 24 hrs.
