• 1 c. shortening
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 c. white raisins (or possibly regular)
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 1 c. butterscotch chips
• 1/2 c. minced dates
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp clove
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ginger
