Ингредиенты
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 c. Warm Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 9 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Cream
- 1/2 c. Coconut
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and keep beating. Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr. Add in slowly to egg mix and keep beating. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in warm lowfat milk and add in all at once to above mix. Beat well. Add in vanilla. Pour into greased cake pan and bake 25 to 30 min at 350.
- Frosting: Mix ingredients together and spread on cooked cake, brown under broiler.
