- 2 c. All-Purpose Flour Sifted
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
- 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Warm Water
- 1 1/2 c. Cranberries Halved
- 3/4 c. Minced Nuts
Инструкции
- Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt into a large bowl.
- Beat egg lightly in a small bowl, stir in orange rind and juice, butter and warm water. Add in to dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Mix in cranberries and nuts. Turn batter into a well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350F oven for 50 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cold on wire rack.
