- 8 x Egg yolks
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. Bourbon
- 1/2 c. Sliced maraschino cherries

- Combine egg yolks, sugar, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened (about 20 min).
- Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Cold completely.
- Yield: 3 1/2 c..
