Ингредиенты
- 2 pkt lady fingers
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 can blueberry pie filling or possibly any other fruit
- 12 ounce cream cheese
Инструкции
- In spring form pan, place fingers along the sides and on bottom of pan.
- Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Whip at medium speed, set aside.
- In another bowl, put heavy cream and granulated sugar. Whip till it makes whipped cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mix.
- Place half of filling over lady fingers in pan. Add in another layer of lady fingers over filling. Put rest of filling over top of 2nd layer.
- Pour can of fruit over filling and chill.
- NOTES : I just tried this recipe yesterday and loved it. It is so light and airy. Nice for the summer.
