- 1 sm Cauliflower, Washed , cooked and mashed florets of
- 1 x Sliced onion
- 2 x Crushed cloves of garlic, (germ removed) Oil for frying
- 4 x Beatten Large eggs Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp Backing pwdr
Инструкции
- Fry garlic and onion. Mix with the mashed cauliflower, season with salt, pepper and baking pwdr.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add in the mix, and cook on low fire for 15 min,covered . Place a plate on the pan and turn them upside down, return the kuku to the frying pan and continue cooking covered for 15 min.
- I served it friday night. I wasn't planing to post it but Deena and Linda asked for K, so why not Kuku (the pronunciation is coucou)
