- 1/8 tsp baking pwdr Healthy pinch grnd nutmeg
- 1 tsp chopped, fresh parsley, optional garnish

- In small bowl, beat egg; stir in flour, water, salt, baking pwdr, and nutmeg. Drop batter by half tsp. into the simmering soup. When dumplings rise to top, stir in parsley and serve.
