- Sauce:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup process cheese spread (i.e. Velveeta)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
