Ингредиенты

2 x Large eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. pecans finely minced
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 x 9" pie shell unbaked

Инструкции

Beat Large eggs slightly; gradually add in sugar. Add in melted butter and vanilla; mix well. Blend in cornstarch. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40-50 min at 350 till puffed on top, light brown, and set in the center. Serve hot with dollop of whipped cream, if you like.
